Mission Statement
The Romero Center Ministries is a Retreat and Social Justice Education Center in the heart of East Camden, NJ. We are a ministry of St. Joseph's Pro-Cathedral Catholic Church.
“To act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.” Micah 6:8
Reflecting on the Biblical Story of God’s Vision for the world as good and just, and living in a world blind to that vision, we welcome everyone;
- to join us in deepening our call to authentic, Christ-centered Discipleship
- to walk with those whose stories and histories are different than our own
- to reflect on those encounters under the light of our Biblical Stories and Catholic Social Teaching
- to open the path to conversion and transformation, through compassion, reconciliation, and justice.
