The Urban Challenge Leadership Project (UCLP) is a 10 week volunteer opportunity for young adults (ages 21+).
UC Leaders will develop their own leadership skills by helping to lead the Urban Challenge summer program for high school students.
The UCLP is designed to provide young adults with an opportunity for: mentorship and ministry formation, community building, education about Camden and Catholic Social Teaching, and experience with one focus area of non-profit administration.

UCLP HAS BEEN ADAPTED TO INCLUDE AN INTENTIONAL FAITH COMMUNITY, HOUSED AT THE ROMERO CENTER. UCLP VOLUNTEERS WILL LIVE ON-SITE AT THE ROMERO CENTER.
